ALL YOU CAN ART

All You Can Art is not interested in works simply made out of food—a cream cheese painting, if you will— but rather works of art that are themselves taste experiences. This show will be a day-long event of installations and performances that revolve around the concept of taste, eating, and food.
Moreover, all the art will be (more or less) edible.

The work in this show is to be felt and tasted, smelled and consumed.

PARTICIPANTS:

Frederic Pradeau:

Mr. Pradeau has been distilling various colas for some time now. For this exhibit, Frederic directed Flux Factory to procure 80 liters of Coca Cola and let them ferment in brewer’s yeast. The ‘yeasted’ cola is then put through a heated distillation process. The result is a high-proof alcohol that is barely ingestible. Please be very careful in taking a sip. Probably it is best just to let it touch the tongue rather than trying to take a full sip. Enjoy.

Frederic has shown work as part of the Buy-Sellf art catalogue where he presented his technique for distilling Coca-Cola into alcohol. Buy Sellf (buy-sellf.com) is a project of French artists who collect and propose objects that are not mass-produced but are the outcome of artistic processes, in more general terms of experimentation. The project, Alcohola, will be presented as part of the show.
